Review skills faster
See recorded skills and experience together, so recruiters can focus first on profiles most relevant to the role.
Bring job requirements, skill-fit insights, candidate referrals and follow-ups into one clear workflow. NexRefra helps employers and staffing partners prioritize relevant profiles, spot missing skills and keep every handoff organized.
Reduce scattered spreadsheets and unclear handoffs. Compare candidate evidence against role needs, prioritize profiles for human review and keep the recruitment process moving. Results depend on your roles, data and workflow.
See recorded skills and experience together, so recruiters can focus first on profiles most relevant to the role.
Highlight missing must-have skills and incomplete evidence before moving a profile forward.
Use transparent fit indicators to support shortlisting decisions while keeping recruiters in control.
Track referral IDs, status and next steps in one place instead of relying on scattered follow-up messages.
Companies and staffing agencies post without accounts. Referrers submit candidate details through the platform. Clarionteq reviews consent, requirement fit and referral ownership before sharing approved profiles.
Browse approved IT opportunities with skills, location, experience and reward conditions visible before you refer.
Submit the candidate details through NexRefra after confirming the candidate has authorised the referral.
Follow the referral ID and status. Potential duplicates go to review instead of silent rejection.
Rewards are subject to the job's terms, confirmed placement, client fee collection and verification.
Start with technology hiring where trusted introductions can make a difference.
NexRefra is designed to complement existing sourcing channels—not claim to replace them. It helps employers and staffing partners turn specific demand into a structured, trackable search through Clarionteq's authorized talent network.
Share a job description or mandatory skills. Clarionteq can assess anonymized skill coverage before deciding whether to engage.
Review explainable skill coverage, missing requirements and experience/location fit—not just an opaque score.
Use unique references, status history and clear ownership to reduce follow-up confusion between referrers and Operations.
Keep candidate identity private until authorized, explain reward conditions up front and record decisions for accountability.
Understand how matching, candidate consent, plans, original documents and referral rewards work before you commit.
No. NexRefra supports evidence-led screening and recruitment workflow management. Hiring outcomes depend on candidate interest, employer decisions, verified availability, commercial terms and other factors outside Clarionteq's control.
It organizes available candidate evidence against role criteria and highlights matched skills, missing evidence and potential mandatory gaps. Actual time saved must be measured from your own recorded workflow; it is not guaranteed.
The pilot includes a standard CSV bulk-import workflow and an Excel template. Files in other formats may need mapping or conversion. Always validate the import preview before submitting; do not assume every client-specific workbook can be imported without changes.
Only where the relevant workflow, candidate consent, account permissions and plan allowance permit it. CV access is intended for the specific authorized recruitment purpose and must not be redistributed or retained indefinitely.
Fit scores are deterministic screening indicators based on available recorded evidence. They are not a probability of hiring success, and missing evidence does not prove a candidate lacks a skill. Human review remains necessary.
Only under the approved role-specific written terms after eligibility, referral ownership, required hiring milestones and client-fee collection have been verified. A submission, interview or displayed estimate alone does not guarantee payment.
Each plan has its own limits and feature entitlements. Review the plan comparison and account usage before purchase. A feature is available only when the application enforces the relevant entitlement for your account.
Email info@clarionteq.com. Include the relevant account, job, referral or profile reference, but do not email unnecessary sensitive personal information. Requests are handled subject to verification and applicable law.
For the pilot, every requirement and reward is reviewed by Clarionteq before it goes live.
Browse approved live technology roles. Rewards are calculated from approved commercial terms and payable only when eligibility and fee collection are verified.
Explore aggregate technology talent coverage by skill, location and experience. Individual identities and CVs are never displayed here.
Imported status labels are shown as recorded. Passive talent is not counted as verified available; a recent confirmation is required.
Aggregate profile counts compared with role demand. This is not a confirmation of candidate availability.
Choose your billing country to view the proposed local-currency price. Subscription requests are handled by email; Clarionteq confirms final price, taxes, payment instructions and activation in writing.
Use your own assumptions. This calculator is an estimate—not a promise that NexRefra will achieve these savings.
See matched skills, missing must-have skills, experience and location fit. A score is a review aid, not a guarantee of hiring success.
Link requirements, candidates, applications and referral IDs so Operations can trace each handoff.
Separate historical records, registered candidates and confirmed interested talent. Show freshness and source, not inflated availability claims.
Candidate consent, duplicate review, role approval and clear commercial terms should be part of the workflow—not afterthoughts.
Employer accounts are currently issued by Clarionteq. Request access using your official business email; sign-in is for clients who already have credentials.
Select an approved requirement, share your skills and confirm your consent. A CV upload is enabled only after secure storage and malware scanning are configured.
Your view should contain only referrals linked to your verified referral ID. This requires authenticated backend access.
Enter the same referrer ID and email used when submitting. Candidate identity remains private.
| Referral ID | Candidate reference | Requirement ID | Role | Skills | Submitted | Status |

Candidate name, email, phone and CV are not shown here. Rewards are subject to approved terms, validation and client fee collection.
Manage requirements, review referral activity and understand talent coverage. Employer sign-in and company-level access controls must be completed before this workspace is opened to real external clients.
Use the business email and temporary password provided by Clarionteq. Each account can manage only its own requirements.
For security, replace the temporary password with a private password of at least 12 characters.
Choose one of your approved open requirements. NexRefra scores only consented/authorized candidate records and returns anonymized evidence; it does not invent candidate records or guarantee availability.
Free: one skill filter at a time. Starter and Growth: combine skill, location, experience and fit-score filters. Filters narrow the displayed shortlist; they do not change the underlying score.
Metrics use saved requirement, submission and shortlist timestamps. No savings or hiring success are claimed without measured evidence.
Save matched candidates and update their stage. Records persist in the local database and are isolated by employer account.
Invite separate business-email accounts under your company. Recruiters can work on shared requirements and shortlists; viewers have read-only access. Share temporary passwords privately and require password change at first login.
Upload an existing .xlsx workbook or .csv tracker. NexRefra maps common column names such as Job Title, Role, Mandatory Skills, Location and Budget to the standard requirement fields. Review the mapped preview, correct the source file if required, then validate and submit. Every requirement receives its own NRJ ID and remains pending Operations approval. Word/PDF multi-document extraction is not enabled in this pilot.
Verified staffing vendors can request access to eligible technology requirements, submit consented candidates and track delivery. Registration does not grant automatic access.
After Clarionteq approves your registration, Operations will provide a one-time temporary password. Use this workspace to view approved open opportunities and submit candidates with their consent. You can only see your own submissions.
No suitable live role today? Share your skills and preferences to be considered for relevant future opportunities. Joining is not an application to a specific job and does not confirm availability.
Moderate roles, protect referral ownership, confirm hiring milestones and reconcile rewards.
Only authorised Clarionteq Operations users should access candidate records, commercial terms and reward reconciliation.
Create one account per verified official business email. The generated temporary password is shown once; share it privately. The client must change it on first login. This local pilot does not verify domain ownership or email the client.
Approve vendor registrations before granting partner access. Review talent-network profiles and CVs only for the purposes covered by their consent.
Enter the same business email you use when posting requirements. Choose a plan to simulate a real upgrade/downgrade and test server-side job limits. This tool is available only in the local desktop build; it is not secure customer authentication and must not be exposed publicly.
Apply a plan above and load it here. This lab demonstrates the different feature behaviour using candidate details you enter yourself; it does not invent or access real candidate records. These local tests do not prove production authentication or paid access.
