Draft status. Last updated: 20 October 2026. These rules apply to referrals and any reward advertised through NexRefra, unless a role-specific written agreement expressly replaces a provision.
1. No automatic entitlement
Submitting a candidate, receiving a referral ID, appearing on a shortlist, or attending an interview does not by itself create a right to a reward. The role card's amount may be an estimate and may depend on final commercial approval. The applicable approved role terms and any signed agreement control.
2. Candidate consent and lawful source
You must obtain the candidate's permission before submitting their CV or personal information, provide truthful information, and cooperate with reasonable verification. Do not submit scraped or unlawfully obtained data, confidential CVs, a candidate who has not authorized the referral, or information you know to be inaccurate.
3. Ownership and duplicate referrals
Clarionteq may check submission timestamps, prior applications, employer/vendor records, candidate preference, source evidence and any applicable client restrictions. A timestamp alone does not conclusively determine ownership. If a duplicate or dispute arises, Clarionteq may pause the disputed reward while seeking evidence and will make a good-faith determination under the published role terms. Submissions made before a role is approved or outside the designated channel may be ineligible if the role terms say so.
4. Eligibility and payment conditions
Unless the role-specific written terms state a different process, payment requires: (a) valid candidate permission and an eligible submission; (b) accepted referral ownership and no disqualifying prior submission; (c) the qualifying hiring/joining milestone; (d) collection by Clarionteq of the applicable client fee; (e) confirmation of approved commercial terms and any verified direct costs used in the reward formula; and (f) completion of reasonable identity, tax and payment checks. The role-specific terms must state the exact calculation basis, milestone, expected processing window, currency and any applicable tax withholding before a referral is made.
5. Calculation and taxes
Any displayed amount is indicative until the relevant commercial records are verified. If the role terms specify a share of Clarionteq's margin, the calculation must use the definition of collected revenue, direct costs, taxes, refunds, credits and currency conversion stated in those terms. No internal commercial information is disclosed beyond what is needed to explain the reward. You are responsible for your own tax advice and reporting; Clarionteq may deduct or report tax where required by law.
6. Withdrawals, cancellations and disputes
A candidate may withdraw from a process. Roles may be paused, cancelled or filled by another source. Those events may affect eligibility as set out in the role terms. Clarionteq may request additional evidence and pause a disputed payment during a reasonable investigation. Decisions should be documented and communicated. This policy does not authorize arbitrary forfeiture of an otherwise earned and verified reward.
7. Prohibited conduct
Fraudulent referrals, false consent claims, duplicate account manipulation, undisclosed conflicts, unauthorized promises, attempts to bypass the platform, disclosure of confidential information or interference with a candidate's independent decision may result in rejection of the submission, suspension or termination, and recovery of losses where legally available.
