For employers
What is NexRefra?
NexRefra is a recruitment workflow and talent-referral platform designed to help organize approved requirements, consent-led referrals, authorized talent evidence, candidate comparisons and follow-up activity.
Does NexRefra guarantee candidate availability or successful hiring?
No. A profile may be passive, stale, duplicated, unavailable or no longer interested. Fit scores and aggregate counts are decision-support indicators, not hiring probabilities or guarantees. Employers must validate evidence, availability, work authorization and suitability before making a decision.
How can NexRefra reduce screening effort?
It can structure recorded candidate evidence against a role's criteria and highlight skill matches, mandatory gaps, experience and missing information. Any claimed time saving or improvement must be measured from recorded baseline and subsequent activity. No outcome is promised.
Can I import 100 requirements at once?
The pilot supports a documented CSV import workflow and a standard Excel template. A client-specific spreadsheet may require field mapping or conversion; validate the preview and errors before submission. Capacity and batch limits are subject to the account's current plan and application configuration.
How do Starter and Growth differ?
Plan descriptions and the in-product comparison specify intended feature and usage differences. Actual access is governed by the entitlement applied to your account. Obtain written confirmation of the current feature list, limits, price, taxes, billing period and cancellation terms before paying.
Can I download original CVs and job descriptions?
Original-document access is restricted by account role, the specific requirement, consent, approval and plan quota. A request button is not necessarily a download grant. Do not forward, repurpose or retain a CV beyond the authorized recruitment purpose.
What do candidate fit scores mean?
They are rule-based screening indicators using available recorded evidence. Scores can change when source data, role criteria or scoring versions change. They are not a hiring probability and must not be the sole basis for rejection. Missing evidence is not proof that a person lacks a skill.
For referrers and candidates
Do I need candidate permission to refer someone?
Yes. Obtain the candidate's informed permission before sharing personal information or a CV, and confirm that permission when submitting. Do not submit scraped, confidential or unlawfully obtained information.
When is a referral reward paid?
Only if the applicable role-specific written reward terms are satisfied. Depending on those terms, this may require accepted referral ownership, candidate consent, a qualifying hire/joining milestone, collection of the client fee by Clarionteq, and completion of verification. A displayed estimate or submission is not a promise of payment.
Can I join the talent network without applying for a live role?
Yes, where the talent-network form is available. A talent-network profile is a passive pool record, not an application to a specific job and not confirmation of availability. Optional aggregate-insight consent should be separate from consent to process a profile and contact the candidate.
For vendors
Does registration automatically authorize submissions?
No. Vendor registration is subject to Operations review. Requirement access, candidate submission rights, commercial terms, payroll responsibility, replacement obligations and document sharing require separate approval or written agreement.
Where do I get help?
